Order Processing

At Besotted By Pearls, each piece of jewelry is crafted and finished in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

As our jewelry is made to order, production begins only after an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

Once your jewelry is prepared, it undergoes the following quality assurance process:

  • Hallmarking and verification of the sterling silver components by an authorized Assaying & Hallmarking Centre registered with BIS.

  • Pearl authentication and quality testing through independent testing agencies.

  • Final quality inspection and packaging.

This verification process typically takes 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

After completion of the hallmarking, certification, and quality inspection process, your order will be dispatched through our logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service to resolve the issue.
