Why doesn't my jewelry look exactly like the product photo?

Each piece is handcrafted and features natural pearls. Variations in pearl shape, colour, lustre, and surface characteristics are expected and should not be considered defects.

Additionally, lighting conditions and screen settings may cause slight differences between photographs and the actual product.

Is each piece handmade?

Our jewelry is handcrafted or assembled in small batches with careful attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur from piece to piece.

What materials do you use?

Is your silver hallmarked?

Yes. Where applicable, our sterling silver jewelry is submitted for hallmarking through recognized hallmarking facilities before dispatch.

What does the hallmark mean?

Do all products come with a certificate?

Ordering & Production

Why isn't my order shipped immediately?

Many of our pieces are prepared after an order is placed.

Before dispatch, jewelry may undergo:

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once production, hallmarking, certification, packaging, or shipping processes have begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Yes. We offer shipping throughout India.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?

Will I receive tracking information?
